FAQs

Fabric printing applies ink or dye directly onto the fabric surface to create patterns and colors. Embroidery uses thread stitched into the fabric to produce raised, textured designs. Printing is better suited for complex multi-color patterns and photographic artwork, while embroidery gives a more premium, tactile finish often used for logos and brand marks on garments and accessories.

For printing: PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, AI (high resolution, 300 DPI recommended). For embroidery: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF with vector format is preferred. We can also work with low-quality images and recreate them.

Yes! We provide basic design adjustments and mockups for free. For complex custom designs, we may charge a small one-time design fee (clearly shown before you pay).

Our MOQ is 100-300 yards for 1 design.
